Red wine, emblem of conviviality
The red wines extract all the fantastic organoleptic characteristics from the skins for the entire duration of fermentation, then move on to different types of aging: “Orme” Ciliegiolo IGT is already ready the year after harvest so it is not aged and is bottled in the spring; “Integrity” Sangiovese IGT and “Oleandro” Chianti Superiore DOCG wait patiently for a year in the cellar and then finish their aging in the bottle.
